All our pieces are made with 14k, 18k gold and .925 sterling silver , carefully selected and with genuine stones or certified diamonds, depending on the design.


2. Can the jewelry get wet?

We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, or creams to maintain the original shine and finish. Although gold and diamond pieces are durable, proper care will prolong their beauty.


3. Can I customize a piece?

4. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States and Mexico . For international shipping, please contact us for a quote based on your location.


5. What is the delivery time?

Orders for in-stock items are processed within 2 to 4 business days .
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take between 2-6 weeks , depending on the design.


6. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns or exchanges only on unused items in their original packaging , within 7 days of receipt , in accordance with our Returns and Cancellations Policy .
Customized items are not eligible for return.


7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes 🎁, all our jewelry comes in premium packaging with a box, bag and authenticity card, ideal for gifting.


8. Do you have a showroom or offer in-person appointments?

Yes, we accept appointments at our showroom in Mission, Texas .
